This morning started out as any usual Friday for me which consists of Life Skill Educator training. However today I was blessed and I was not expecting that. Boy oh Boy has it been a while since I wrote anything! I think back over my time here and look at those first months where I was so diligent to write every day and now I think how in the world did I do that. My first thought goes to the fact that life here has become life and busy with all the things that go into that. This makes me feel good because then it means that I amjust not here but am living life here. I know that is a deep thought to have!

I can't believe that two weeks of World Cup have passed! It has been very busy here and I have so enjoyed getting the chance to go to each club and just be an extra set of hands for the day and just have some fun! We were blessed this week to have a team from Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Alabama helping in two of our clubs and I know our LSEs were so grateful for all of their help! World Cup Week Countdown

Monday and Tuesday were packed with training the Life Skill Educators and volunteers on the curriculum that will be used for two of the four weeks of holiday club. It was two long days but at the same time it was exciting to see all the hard work coming out and seeing everyone begin to plan and get things set in place for the weeks of holiday club.

Well it is official! The WORLD is coming to South Africa. It is now finally time for the WORLD CUP! I wanted to let you know what was going to be happening at Living Hope and with the Life Skill Educators during this huge event. I would ask you to pray for us as we are sharing the love of Jesus with the children in all of the different communities.
